This isn’t normally true. In my home, I have things that I Handle from my phone without having an Connection to the internet, mainly because my mobile phone along with the points both of those connect to my area Wifi and communicate by using that route.????????????????????????? ??????????????????????! ?????????????????????????????????????????????
